This is what early summer tastes like! Try our delicious asparagus dishes and sweet strawberry variations in our canteens throughout May – fresh from regional fields.

Some of the highlights:

  • fresh Schrobenhausen asparagus with vegan asparagus sauce
  • braised oven asparagus white and green with herbal pesto
  • lemon risotto with asparagus

There will also be yummy desserts on different days, such as vanilla cream with strawberries, rhubarb strawberry trifle with vanilla cream and whipped cream or vegan soy cream yoghurt with strawberries.
